Trying the SMEP!!!!!
So I just found out about the Smep & I’m excited to try it! Trying not to stress.. just going with the flow! I had found out about it yesterday, which was CD9.. I had already bd’d cd 8&9, and I know I’m supposed to do it every other day:/ am I out??? Or should I just start from here???? 😒
