help????

currently 20 weeks and 1 day but for the past week maybe week and half so like 10 days or 11 I been having a stomach ache and diarrhea some days I can tolerate the pain others is unbareable I havent had any changes to the way I eat and let me tell you is the type of diarrhea that as soon as I feel it I have to use the bathroom I'm afraid of not being near a bathroom and just completely pooping on myself 😂 is this normal!!! baby #5 for me but never experienced this with my other 4 LO
