Career Advice?

I want to be able to reach to people through my words. I LOVED my ENG111 & ENG112 classes my first semester of college and it really helped me love writing (anything). I would love to be able to talk to groups or just talk to people almost like motivational speakers or if anyone watches TEDTalks. I want to be there but I don’t know how to get to the point where people want to hear what I have to say.
