help a girl out lol

OK so my gyno gave me birth control only for 2 months to regulate my periods and I was told that I was gonna do 2 months on BC and 2 months off it to see if it worked ,due to the fact that last year I had a MC so she thinks my periods are crazy because of that ,so now that I almost done with the second month ,should I go back a week before I finish the pack or just wait till the 4 months go by ?? I'm scared that it will messed up my cycles when I finish BC . my periods have been on point since I started BC.
