Do you know what this is
My son currently got these bumps. I am not sure what fro. We thought it was maybe he was eating too many strawberries but we haven’t given him any in a few days and I have noticed no change. I have also put Cortizone cream on it and nothing has changed either. Has anyone noticed this on their toddler. Also we haven’t really been outside so I don’t think it’s a heat rash.
