vaginal scrape ?? no pics !

okay SO i’ve noticed this a few times but this time i took my hand held mirror to check it out for real. i realized i have a scrape between my labia minora and labia majora. yes i am sexually active but i’m not sure if my boyfriends nail might have scratched me, if it’s irritation from my underwear OR from my acrylic nails... anyone else have this happen to them before??? i don’t have any strange discharge or smells down there btw
