such a stupid decision 🤦‍♀️

so I took my daughter to the jumpy place today . im 24 weeks pregnant not even thinking, I went into the jumpy castle with her and jumped. I got out realizing I shouldn't have done that bc I started cramping and my stomach felt really tight . I called my nurse and she told me to rest but I'm so worried about going to work later since my job is a lot of bending down and constantly on your feet . should I call in ? Or stay home and rest some more ? I don't go in until 745pm but I get out at 1 am
