How often do you deep clean your home?

We don’t have kids yet (just a German Shepherd) lol so once we have kids cleaning with definitely be on the back burner. Just curious cause I feel like I’m always cleaning haha

I deep clean something everyday so that by the end of the week, everything got accomplished. One day I'll do the upstairs, next day downstairs, then the floors one day, etc...

i do like a deep clean once a month . before I had a kid I deep cleaned once a week.
I do regular cleaning everyday,dishes,wipe counters down,swiffer and mop the floors.

I do regular cleaning every day (mop, sweep,etc) 
I deep clean every Saturday. (Steam clean, move out furniture to clean under, dust everything, clean windows, etc)

I have a 10 day old and my house stays pretty spotless except for the bedroom. alot of baby stuff in there lol
