This isn’t normal, is it?

Kate • 🎀 baby girl born December 22nd🎀

My periods are always pretty painful. I’ve thrown up from the pain a couple of times, but it’s never been unbearable. Except for today.

It’s the first day of my period, and I could already tell my cramps were worse than usual. I had lunch plans, though, so I couldn’t sit at home like I wanted to. Once I get to the restaurant, my cramps get a billion times worse. I got lightheaded, saw spots, my face was tingly, and I couldn’t feel my fingertips. My hands were shaking uncontrollably. I ended up going to the bathroom and puking up all the water I’d drank, and had to leave lunch early without eating anything. I legitimately felt like I was going to pass out from how much pain I was in.

This can’t be normal, can it?
