Nexplanon removal

I got my implant put in March 14th. My face is breaking out like crazy and I’ve been bleeding for 13 weeks straight. I want it out so bad i even thought of taking it out myself. I get free health care because I’m Native American, however i have been calling for 4 weeks now and have not heard back so i can’t get an appointment. I am just wondering how much it would cost to get it removed at planned parenthood because i don’t have insurance other than at the Indian hospital. I am SO over it and i need it out ASAP.
