Will there be anyone working till birth

I plan to work until I start contracting or water breaks and btw I work at a hospital if anything they can bring me downstairs...

Yep! But I don’t have the leave to spare, so there’s no way I could take off earlier anyway.

I will be.  I know I will be flipping out waiting for kiddo if I take off before he shows up.  Work keeps me distracted

yup me too.  i just hate to start maternity leave and then not end up going into labor for another week or two and just have that much less time with my baby.

Yup I plan on working until I physically can't or my water breaks, my schedule also just increased that I'm working 6 days a week 8-10 hour shifts.. Let's hope it doesn't put me into early labor

I got fucked on my leave, so I can't take off even a little early.  But I worked up until the last second with my other two. I didn't qualify for FMLA just yet.

I planned on working till I popped but by the time 38 weeks rolled around I was in so much pain and exhausted so I gave up lol baby was born at 39 weeks

That's forbidden by law in my country. 6-8 weeks before and 8 weeks after birth the mom has to stay at home and relax and take care (fully paid.)

I’ll be working until 37weeks almost 38 weeks. I’m by myself so I do need that extra time to finish up everything before I give birth. The way it’s organized I still get almost a full 9 months with her once she’s born so Il good. I love Canada for that. 2 weeks to go 😩😩 Seems like forever !!
