Strange tmi question

Hello ladies!!! I have a strange question, and I searched though the forum but didn’t see anything like this.

I had my preventative cerclage placed almost 3 weeks ago, and after a couple days everything felt normal... until about 2 days ago. Now it feels as if I have a tampon up there. I notice the feeling in the morning as well as the evening. I am wondering if anyone has had this feeling and if it is something to be concerned about or if I’m just being paranoid. I’m currently 14w 5d if that matters. Thank you!
