hi girls, i have been wanted birth control for a while now because my periods are really bad and i get horrible cramps. in addition to that, i’m ready to start having sex (i’m in high school). any advice on how to ask for it or get it? what is best for protection and not as bad periods (i’ve been to a gyno)
