Never been in a serious relationship or had sex. Should I be putting myself out there more or is it okay to not be ready for something serious like this yet?

If it makes you feel any better, I waited until I was almost 32, which is when I got married. Virginity is nothing to be ashamed of, though society today often makes it seem nerdy, prudish, or weird. I was told by my fair share of men that I would never find a man if I wasn't willing to make sex part of a dating relationship, but it wasn't true. My husband respected my decision to wait. Don't have sex just to have sex.
