My daughter fell off the bed...

Please no rude comments. I don’t wanna go to much into detail

But I walked out the room with pillows all around her to grab a diaper and all of a sudden she fell off our bed that’s like 3 feet high, in between the dresser & it seems like something is hurting her & maybe a little lump on the head .. should I take her to the ER?
