PCOS & TTC with Femara

Hello 😊 I am 26 years old, married, & have been ttc for 6 months now. I know that is not a long time period by any means, but for someone who has always desired to be a mom, (as I’m sure y’all all understand) it is heart breaking every month when af comes. Plus all of the blood work, medicines, and side effects can be a little discouraging. I got diagnosed with PCOS 5 months ago. Tried Clomid for 3 months; I ovulated but my progesterone levels were still low. Switched to Femara last month. I ovulated and it got my progesterone up to 24! 🙌🏻 Then I had spotting and AF came shortly after. ☹️

I am now on cd 17 of my 2nd round of Femara.

Anyone else use Femara when ttc? It doesn’t seem to be very common?

Did you also have side effects such as migraines and hot flashes like me?
