How I’m bettering myself for baby #3♥️

audrey

For the last 4 years I have been so unkind to my body😬 from smoking a pack of cigs a day to eating McDonald’s for breakfast lunch and dinner (thinking about that now makes me cringe).

I had my oldest daughter in February 2015, that pregnancy was easy for the most part but I gained a huge amount of weight (65lbs to be exact) not to mention I am 5’1 and started at 115lbs.🤷🏼‍♀️ I was taking my prenatal and making all my dr appointments but I was fueling my body with crappy foods! (As stated above🤭)

3 months after my first pregnancy I dropped down to 135, where I then found out a month later I was pregnant with my 2nd (unexpected) baby girl, she was born is February as well of 2016.

My hips hurt so bad that pregnancy to where I could barely roll over in bed and sometimes walking was brutal, and same thing happened in this pregnancy as last, I gained way to much weight, mostly because I was unable to be very active but also because I lacked the knowledge and energy to do anything different from before.

After those two pregnancies I vowed to not have a third until I took care of my body and got in shape, not only for my health but for my future babies health too. For months I tried everything in the book I could think of, I tried the wraps, the creams, the weight loss pills, dieting, and went for walks everyday and even looked up and did workouts in my tiny apartment. Nothing worked I was stuck at 155 and the weight just wouldn’t budge and I thought to myself “I will never have that 3rd baby if I can’t lose this weight!”

2 years later I did some adjustments, even went to the doctor and found out I had pcos, that was definitely hard to hear even though for a few months I knew there was something wrong.

I have now gotten that straightened out and am taking a huge dose of vitamin D and B12 along with progesterone, though that has helped balance my moods, aid in a better metabolism, and get my periods back on track it wasn’t helping me lose weight.

Shocker there’s no “easy” or “fast” way to lose weight, so after months, if not years of watching all these women and there success stories on losing weight.

I decided to look into it and take the plunge into a health and fitness world I only believed worked for others but wouldn’t work for me. I am now on my second month as a coach and even got my husband to join and the results are awesome! My husband has lost 6lbs and 9 inches and I am down 12.5inches. (Sometimes it’s not always about what the scale says) but I am at 124lbs (smallest I’ve been in years) my goal weight before baby #3 is 115 again, but this time I will be in great shape physically, mentally, and emotionally! (Photos below).

I am so excited I took a step in the right direction, it has changed my life in so many ways, I only wish that I’d done it sooner!
