swollen hands 30 weeks

so I've had some swelling in my hands, I've had to not wear any of my wedding rings for at least the last few months. no where else has swelled at all. this morning I woke up and my hands are SO swollen.. mostly my right one I think bc I lay on my right side the majority of the time.

I took my blood pressure three times this morning with my own machine and was fine... 113/76.. was the average should I call the doctor anyway and just mention that they're more swollen than usual? I have an appt on wed too.
