Crib sleeping

My little one is completely different than his brother. I’ve had him sleeping in his rock n play. He’s never had problems with his arm reflex. All of a sudden he can’t stop moving them and hasn’t been acting like his comfortable in his rock n play. Id like to move him to his crib but nothings working. He refuses to be swaddled. I have a dream to sleep (?) swaddle blanket and he just tries to eat his hands the whole time. I’m not getting sleep and it’s really affecting my relationship with my spouse. Any suggestions?
