I took a couple hours before bed. I had all the side effects, though lol so, it was easier to handle at night then at work

I took it before bed and the only thing I really had was some hot flashes headaches and back pain..but no mood swings

I took it before bed so I could sleep through some of the side effects. I still had some... mood swings, hot flashes.
