Looking for mothers in similar situations

It’s been five years since baby #1 and she is growing big but was born at 26 weeks weighing in at 1 lb 13 oz. Baby #2 was conceived back in 2014 and was born around 25 weeks and was a stillborn. Baby # 3 was conceived in 2016 and was born at 23 weeks and lived 3 days and then passed on. I am currently ttc and am very scared but excited. What did you do to make a difference? Did it help?
