Should I break up with him

Sooooo I’m 16 and he’s 17 and we’ve been dating for 10 months and my boyfriend is really clingy and it’s really annoying and I’m emotionally exhausted because of him I can’t even go on social media anymore because of him but he loves me and we planned out a future and stuff after high school. We don’t get to see each other much, and he’s been complaining about it the past three weeks and acting sad, even tho we saw each other on the daily!!!! We couldnt hold hands and stuff bc it was school stuff and we had to focus but he came over after and we would watch movies but he would still complain that we don’t spend enough time with each other. My parents are strict. Idk if I can take it anymore you guys, what do you think?
