No orgasm since getting pregnant

I’m 10+6 weeks pregnant. I have had plenty of sex since conceiving, including this past weekend. Unfortunately, I haven’t had an orgasm since conceiving. I think it’s hard because I’m so aware that a baby is in there and it feels too weird to let myself go in that way. I’m a very mental sexual person and my mindset has to be just right for me to get off.

Also, I’m on progesterone vaginal suppositories for the next 1 1/2 weeks (been on them since 4 weeks), so those certainly aren’t helping the sexy factor.

Anybody else struggling with this?
