Intense pain. (TMI)

Today I have had really really intense pain in this place 👇🏻👇🏻

All day today I’ve had it. I had my HSG on 12th July and I am 10 days late. This pain has occasionally made me feel really sick and I don’t know what’s happening. The last 2 time last when I’ve wiped this has appeared 👇🏻👇🏻

It’s like a yellow jelly. Could it be an infection form my HSG?? Could it be implantation?? Could it be something else??

My head is all over the place and I don’t know what to do. The pain is only there when I start to do something it’s taken me all day just to clean my house and it only usually takes me an hour.
