Ttc on expired nexplanon.

So me and my husband are ttc. I’ve had my nexplanon in for almost 5 years. We have been trying for probably about 2 months but no pregnancy symptoms. I have PCOS but have been told from my doctor that if we try at the right time before my appointment to get my implant taken out I could get pregnant. What I’m trying to figure out is, has anyone gotten pregnant with an expired nexplanon implant? I have read a few testimonials where women have gotten pregnant. But I figured I might get a little more feedback on here. Thanks in advanced! 😊
