Possible Preeclampsia

Any other mamas out there find out they have preeclampsia around 31 weeks and how did things go? I’m not due until October 4th but have been in the hospital since yesterday afternoon. Went in for heavy bright red bleeding and was told I was also having contractions. Wasn’t dilated when they checked this morning but baby did drop and was lowering my cervix. Blood work shows signs of pre e so they have me here another 24 hours for a urine collection to find out for sure. If I have pre e they will be transferring me almost 2 hours to a hospital more equipped, as the hospital I’m at doesn’t have a NICU. They’ve already given me one round of steroids, and getting the second in the morning to help with her lung function as a precaution. Just not sure what to expect at the moment otherwise and wanted to hear some other people’s experiences
