I have no idea why the pic is upside down but help meeee. This has been in my mouth for ab 2 days now and it hurts sooo bad!! And also how can i get rid of it??

Looks like a canker sore. Hold salty water in your mouth, or use mouth wash to help kill germs. Also, go to a store, and in the pharmacy or dental hygiene section there's stuff like Orajel etc. that you can put over it to numb the pain and create a layer of protection.

It looks like a sore just dont mess with it dont bite it or lick it or pick at it it will only get worse just leave it alone and try not to get sour or salty stuff on it it might burn but it’s nothing serious people get them all the time and they go away on their own

It's a ulcer. Gargle salt water a few times a day. That should help heal it quick.
