how can i get rid of this on my feet

please no hate comments/gifs/emojis etc. i’m so sorry i know it’s disgusting but i really don’t like it and want to get rid of it. i’m 14 and every time i get out the shower my feet get worse and my feet always have skin like this. how can i help it thank u xx
