Any advice?

So I’ve often struggled with hemorrhoids since my gallbladder surgery a few years ago. They have been bled at times. I will be 22 weeks tomorrow and today I just felt really wet and irritated down there so I went to wipe and there was blood. If I put the toilet paper around my finger and check my vagina it’s just a creamy discharge. So I think it’s my hemorrhoids. But I just feel really wet down there and irritated all around. I am a bit crampy. I have a doctors appointment in 3 days. Should I wait or call? Thank you for any input
