My cat

I am such an emotional wreck right now. My cat is being euthanized today and it is killing me. It all started in June where one day she started wheezing really loud and throwing up. We took her to the vet who said she probably had heart worms which was very rare in cats. My family couldn’t afford diagnostic testing so the vet gave her IV fluids and sent her to the emergency vet for the night. She lives through the night and we got to take her home. She didn’t eat so we had to feed her with a syringe. She started eating dry food and everything was fine for about 2 weeks. She started not pooping in the litter box and getting a bloated stomach so we had to put her outside( she was a inside/outside cat). She has gotten worse since and my family thought it was cruel to see her like this so we decided to put her down. If any of you guys have any idea what she had please comment
