normal or not?

I am 18w4d and when I pee I feel that my bladder has been full for to long and then my bladder hurts if I am moving around until it is full again. it doesnt hurt if I am still. has anyone experienced this? I have an appt in two days and plan to talk to them about it then I'd just like to ease my mind a little. I personally think he is just sitting on my bladder because I feel the need to go 24/7 but this is my first so I know nothing besides what I read which is different than experience.
