Lifestyle change
I have always been the type of person who says and plans to workout and lose weight. My biggest problem was that it was mostly talk. I’d have maybe a week or one day a week where I’d actually do what I was saying. But today I’m done talking. I have set a goal to lose 40 pounds by the time I leave for college on January 3rd. I am making big lifestyle changes and I’m done talking the talk and I’m officially deciding to take a stand and walk the walk I’ve been wanting to for sometime. Any advice would be appreciated and I will keep y’all updated
