Hey guys I’m sorry if this is a long one! My 2 year old is constant don’t stop always full of energy problem is trying to get her to sleep at night I think I have tried everything I could think of I give her a bath or shower at 7 then pjs and in bed with her bottle yes she still has one. Problem is she won’t go to sleep she will fight it keep getting out of bed wake her self up any way she can most nights she’s still awake at 10:30pm it doesn’t even matter if she has had a nap in the day she still won’t sleep plus she’s still up 2,3,4 times in the night ! Please give me ideas as I’m so tired all the time!!!
