When to BD
So I know you’re supposed to bd every other day before/during ovulation. How important is it to bd on the actual day of ovulation? Since I know the swimmers can live up to 5 days. I’ve put a line on the days I think we should bd but if it’s most important to do it on the day of, I wanna switch it up. My hubby is equally as interested in learned more about this stuff as I am so I want to be able to talk to him about it 😊
