What rash is this on my baby?

What the heck is this? It just popped up on Monday and I thought it was a heat rash at first... but I thought those go away in a day or so? What else can this be? Going to the doc later today but does anyone have any ideas???

My kids both got some type of rash after a new vaccine. 
Not sure if that could be why but i just gave them baby Claritin (from the doctors) or baby Benadryl and it would go away.
But i still get them their shots Because a little rash is way better than losing my kids.

Agree with the other poster, sort of looks like reaction to soap, lotion or laundry detergent. Anything new?

My son gets this rash when he’s allergic to something.

My son got this same rash, lot more angrier looking and I was able to narrow it down to either dreft one my medicine I was taking after my c section. It went away once I stopped both of those things

May be the soap u use for clothes my son had that but he  had a allergic reaction to medicine
