Should they be allowed to deny service? (Read description)
So i saw this story on insta and i thought it was a happy ending to a sad beginning.
Long story short. A woman living with cerebral palsy was denied service at a nail salon because she moves to much. And it may be "too dificult" to manage. For those who dont know cerebral palsy can cause sparatic uncontrolled movements.
Ill attach the full article so i dont butcher the story. But i wanted to get everyones thoughts. Is this a viable excuse to deny service?
