So someone said that boobs stop growing 2 years after you get your period. Is that true? I’m 13 and still wearing a 32A. I got my period about 5 months ago. I’m still very confused of why I am not developing.

No. Breasts are primarily fat. As you gain weight, they’ll get bigger. As you lose weight, they’ll get smaller. The hormonal development of breasts stops, but not the size.

I think your body properly stops growing around age 18, though your breasts can change with weight gain and loss. You can’t really do much about the shape of them (bar losing/gaining weight) besides toning the muscle underneath them by doing exercises (and even that might not be noticeable).
