2nd round on Clomid

I am on CD15 and this my second round of Clomid. D3-7 the first round I did D5-9 and got a +ovulation test on CD 14 and this time around I'm not getting any positive at all. My CM is wet and my cervix is high. Does it mean I'm about to ovulate? Just maybe late this time around since my CM is only wet and not really sticky? And my Obgyn office doesn't do follow ups so I'm just kinda doing this blindly. I don't track my bbt just ovulation test 2x a day.
