leakage?

for the past couple of days i have had little crustys on my nipples and i just squeezed my nipple to see what it could be and i had slight clear liquid come out. i'm only 22 weeks pregnant, is this normal and what exactly is it?

I have clear stuff come out my boobs to. but I thought that the first stuff that comes out is yellow? and then later on white as that's milk? I'm 30+3 and this never happened with my first and when my first was born and I pumped it it was yellow not clear. then later on it turned white witch is the milk. idk sorry if I sound stupid and retarded.
