Can anyone help/give me advice?!

My son is 3.5 weeks old. Most nights we’ve gotten 2-2.5 hour stretches from him at night. Last night he was up every 30 minutes just screaming. He’s been crying almost the whole day today. He seems to have gas but even when he expresses the gas he still cries. He is fed, changed, swaddled, not swaddled, etc. we only got 1 nap today from him that was 1.5 hours. Usually we wake him every 3 hours for feeding since he’s really tiny.

Is this gas? Colic? What can I do to calm him? I try bicycling his legs, massage, breast, bottle of pumped milk, paci, tummy time, burping. I feel like I’m failing that I can’t comfort my baby...
