How did you know you were pregnant

I'd love for anyone to tell me how they knew they were first pregnant! I know the obvious missed period or tender breasts but I'd love to hear stories of how you knew you were pregnant other than those. Did you feel any different? If so how soon could you tell? Did you have an instinct in you? Super curious to hear from actual women and not google.
