Ok so obviously besides ovulation kits how do you know you are or have ovulated? You will still get your period even if you don’t ovulate correct? I’m ttc but not in a rush so not really tracking my ovulation but I also want to know I am ovulating so if the time comes I know if there is any issues, but I’m really not trying to track my ovulation with kits every month. I would mention too I just got off birth control so I know it can take a little while to get back on track but I’ve always had regular period and also got off a few years back with regular periods but again no idea if ovulation had happened in that time also. Not sure what to look for.. never really had cramps or anything with ovulation or my periods before BC.
