Tell me everything I should know about menstrual cups!

Hey girls! I have used tampons for as long as I can remember. I feel comfortable enough with them, but was curious about a cup.

I find the concept a little freaky, honestly and I would like to know more from your experience.

The other thing is that I am 3 months pp after my second baby. I don’t have a period yet , but after my first my period was awfully abundant and long. I am preparing for the same thing and wonder if a cup would help me to be safely with less frequent changes.
