Is it possible?

Last Friday August 3rd around 2-3am I tested a very bold positive on opk. I woke my boyfriend up to have sex and it was the ONLY time we had sex this cycle (and used Preseed!) I was sure to keep testing with opk and the lines became fainter the following 2 days. So my question is, is it possible to get pregnant that one time at peek ovulation? And at 7dpo today can I feel any symptoms? The past 2 days my nipples have been really sensitive which is unusual at any time for me with G cups 😬 I’m trying to stay relaxed and I’m not looking for symptoms, but this one literally stuck out! 😆
