I took a Plan B but im confused

So in my previous post I couldnt afford to buy a plan B pill and couldnt get to one without causing a riot in my family. So luckily, i found a really good friend who bought one for me and brought it to me and im so grateful. Heres the thing. Before i took the. Plan B i started feeing weird. Getting headaches, slight cramps and i was confused cause I never get cramps this early before my period (5 days away) i was scared they were pregnancy symptoms so i the second day after unprotected sex I took the pill because thats when he brought it to me, but i still kinda feel the cramps here and there no headaches or anything just cramps is that a side effect of the pill i cant be te only one who experience this am i okay? Am i pregnant??
