What is this bump

I saw this this morning but didn’t have time to do anything about it so I left it alone until I got back home which is now. This morning it was yellowish. I was gonna get my ingrown hairs but I saw this and trying to use a hot cloth to see if it would bust but now it’s just red.

Can someone tell me what time of bump this is and what I should do to get rid of it. Hopefully without a doctor unless I really need to.

Also I am not sexually active at all. No kissing, touching, nothing like that. I am 16 years old if that is of any help and I shave and/or trim

every once in a while.
