circumvallate placenta

Just curious if anyone has been diagnosed with this? I had my anatomy scan last week and got a call about it today. The nurse I spoke with didn’t give me much information but told me to feel free to google it, which turned out to be a terrible idea. Baby girl is measuring just a little bit small right now, but I’ll probably have to switch to a high risk doctor and will be having a lot of extra appointments starting in the next couple of weeks. I was hoping someone on here had gone through it and had everything turn out okay.
