Panic attack help!
I’m seriously feeling so close to a panic attack right now. Sooo overwhelmed with work and housework and I don’t know what to do. I have no idea how to de stress and unwind without feeling more stressed that I’m ignoring all the work that I need to do.
What can I do to unwind. This stress isn’t good for me and the baby. Only 24 weeks and I’ve worked practically 14 hour days all week this week.
