Stomach pain

Hello ladies.My baby is 5 weeks old and he has stomach pain .He is like wants to poop but he cant.Its been 10 days that he is not sleeping well from stomach pain.Pedriatre told me to use BiGaia 5 drops/day but nothing works on him.He sleeps and wakes up after 30 mins in pain.Massage dont work on him too.I do not know what to do.He do not cries just pushing.Everyone say that this is "normal" on babies but it hurts to see him like this.
