What is wrong with me

Me and my fiancée are trying for a baby, but I came on my period 4 days early, I was so much lighter than usual (they are usually really heavy) for the passed 3 days I’ve thrown up and first thing in the morning and last thing at night since then I’m feeling sick, to the point I’m hugging my toilet but nothing comes up, no way I can be pregnant right? Like I had a period 😩

Wtf is going on with my body!! Help :(
